The digital facsimile edition was produced in November 2003. The scanned copy has the printed corrections inserted into the text pages in ink and fine handwriting. All pages have been scanned as black and white images at 600 dpi and are presented on the web in 120 dpi greyscale together with OCR text that the reader can proofread directly from the browser. Full resolution PDF files are available for printing.
